服务端在win7下运行不起来吗？

我的win7系统，按照教程一步步安装配置，数据库是2008的，ODBC是手动配置的，有系统DSN也有用户DSN，只是01_LS数据加入.bat运行错误，提示

TB_CAPTCHA table was not complete

费劲周折，终于通过修改

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\ODBC\ODBC.INI\

下面几个数据项，添加一个字符串键值

"Trusted_Connection"="Yes"

才算安装通过，接下逐个运行，结果均提示
